        2. Appropiate Site Usage
            You can only submit artwork that you created or artwork that you represent as an authorized agent (e.g. art dealer or gallery).
            Do not submit artwork that is discrimnatory or demeaning in any way, shape or form, either through text or imagery. Your artwork will be removed without warning, and, if applicable, you will receive a refund if you paid to have your art listed for sale.   

            Do not include political messages or opinions with your art submissions. ArtCritic.com is apolitical.  

        3. Web Site Security Rules
        Users are prohibited from:
            Trying to access data not intended for use or logging into an account which the user is not authorized to use; 
            Attempting to penetrate, scan or test the vulnerability of the ArtCritic.com.org web site;
            Trying to interfere with service to any user or network, or by overloading, "flooding," "mailbombing" or "crashing" or submitting a virus to ArtCritic.com;
            Sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions, advertising of products or services.
        ArtCritic.com will investigate any and all violations and will cooperate with U.S. and international law enforcement authorities to prosecute violators to the fullest extent of the law.
